Try answers in the Playground
Ask Copilot any interview question on the web with one of your interview profiles and a response style, and see the answer it would give.
The Playground on the web shows how Copilot answers an interview question using one of your interview profiles. Use it to check a profile before an interview, or to compare response styles, without starting an interview.
What you need
- An Interview Pilot account, signed in on the web.
- Pro. Without it, you can open the Playground, but when you ask a question you see Upgrade to use the Playground with a View Plans button. Compare Free and Pro.
- At least one interview profile saved to your account. If the profile menu shows No profiles yet., create a profile first.
Ask a question
Open the Playground
Sign in at platform.interviewpilot.app and choose Playground in the sidebar.
Choose a profile
Under the question box, open the profile menu and choose the interview profile to answer as. Copilot uses everything in it, including its documents and custom instructions.
Choose a response style
Open the style menu next to it and pick Structured (Recommended), Standard, Detailed, Concise or Key points. See what each style looks like.
Type or say your question
Type the question in the box, up to 2,000 characters, or click one of the suggested questions. To dictate instead, click the microphone button and speak. The microphone button appears only in browsers that support dictation.
Generate the answer
Click the arrow button. The answer appears under Copilot answer as it’s written. To stop it early, click the stop button.
To try the same question another way, change the profile or the response style and generate again. Answers in the Playground aren’t saved to History.
Limits
- One answer at a time.
- Up to 6 answers a minute. After that, wait a moment before you generate again.
- A question can be up to 2,000 characters long.
- A profile with a lot of text or many documents can be too large for the Playground.
If something goes wrong

| The playground is temporarily unavailable. | Try again later, and check System Status. |
| You have reached your Copilot usage limit. | Copilot can’t answer for your account right now. Try again later, or contact support. |
