Show, hide and quit the desktop app
Show or hide Interview Pilot with one shortcut, learn why closing isn’t quitting, and quit or reopen the app on Mac and Windows.
Press ⌘B on a Mac or CtrlB on Windows to show or hide Interview Pilot. Hiding only takes the window off the screen. To stop Interview Pilot completely, quit it from the workspace.
Show or hide Interview Pilot
The shortcut works in every app, so you can use it while your meeting app is in front. It also works before you sign in.
- Hiding doesn’t stop anything. If Copilot is listening, it keeps listening while the window is hidden.
- Showing doesn’t take focus. Your meeting app stays in front, so what you type keeps going to the meeting.
- The window comes back where you left it.
Closing isn’t quitting
Interview Pilot has no Dock or taskbar icon, so the window works a little differently from other apps.
Once you’re signed in, the window has no close button. Before you sign in, it has the usual window buttons. Closing the window then only hides it, and Interview Pilot keeps running. Press ⌘B to bring it back.
Once you’re signed in, the window has no Minimize or Close buttons. Before you sign in, it has both, and Close quits Interview Pilot.
