Search for jobs

Look at a job and apply

Tap or click a job to see its details, including its locations and a description of the role.

To apply, choose Apply now. The job’s official application page opens, and you apply there. Interview Pilot doesn’t send applications for you. Check the details on the official page before you apply, because listings can change. If you see Application link unavailable, the listing has no application link.

On iPhone and Android, you can also share a job from its details.

Save jobs

iPhone and Android: tap the bookmark icon on a job to save it. To see your saved jobs, tap the bookmark icon at the top right of the Jobs tab. Saved opens on Jobs. To remove a job, tap its bookmark again. If you remove one from Saved by mistake, tap Undo.

Web: click the bookmark icon on a job, or Save in its details. Saving needs an Interview Pilot account, so you’re asked to sign in if you’re signed out. To see your saved jobs, choose the Saved tab above the results.

Saved jobs stay on the phone or in the browser where you saved them. They don’t sync between your devices.

Export your saved jobs

On iPhone and Android, you can export your saved jobs as a spreadsheet file (CSV).

  1. Open your saved jobs

In the Jobs tab, tap the bookmark icon at the top right. Saved opens on Jobs.

  2. Tap Export

Your phone’s share options open with the file.

  3. Save or send the file

Save it to your files, or send it to yourself to open in a spreadsheet app.

The file lists each job’s company, job title, role, location, posted date, the date you saved it, and its application link.
