History keeps your Copilot interviews and your AI mock interview practice sessions. When you’re signed in, it shows them from all your devices.

Open History

Press ⌘B to show Interview Pilot, open the workspace and click History.

Items are listed newest first, under headings such as Today, Yesterday, a day of this week, or a date.

Search looks through interview titles, transcripts, questions and answers, and through the questions and transcripts of practice sessions.

  • Mac, Windows and web: type in Search history at the top of the page.
  • iPhone and Android: tap the search icon at the top of Your History.

If nothing matches, you see No matches found. Check the spelling, or clear your filters.

On the desktop and the web, History is a table. Click a row to open it.

  • Sort: click a column heading. Sorting by Time groups rows by day.
  • Resize (Mac and web): drag the edge of a column heading.
  • Show or hide columns: click the Columns button and choose columns. Reset Columns restores the original layout.
  • Mac: right-click a row to Open or Delete it.

Organize with folders

Folders help you keep interviews for the same company or job search together.

  1. Create a folder

On Mac, Windows and the web, click Manage folders at the top of History. On iPhone and Android, tap the folder icon in Your History and choose Manage Folders. Add a new folder, give it a name and a color, and choose Create.

  2. Add an interview to it

Open the interview or practice session and use the folder button at the top to choose a folder. You can move it to another folder or take it out of the folder the same way.

Deleting a folder doesn’t delete the interviews in it. When you’re signed in, your folders appear on all your devices.

If an interview is missing

  1. Clear your search and filters. On Mac, Windows and the web, choose All, All folders and Any date.
  2. Check that you’re signed in to the same account on each device. Learn how sync works.
  3. Look in Recently Deleted. Deleted items stay there for 30 days. Restore a deleted interview.
