Welcome to Interview Pilot
What Interview Pilot does, from live answers during your interviews to mock interviews and job search, and where each part is available.
Interview Pilot helps you before and during job interviews. During an interview, Copilot listens and suggests answers based on your background and the job. Before it, you can practice with AI mock interviews and questions from the Question Bank.
Copilot during your interviews
Copilot follows the conversation in a live transcript. When the interviewer asks a question, you ask Copilot for an answer and it writes one based on your interview profile. You can then ask for a follow-up, such as more detail or an example.
- Mac and Windows: Copilot hears the meeting on your computer and floats above your other windows. It’s designed to stay hidden when you share your screen.
- iPhone and Android: Copilot listens through your phone’s microphone.
Interview profiles
An interview profile tells Copilot about you and the job: your experience and skills, the role and company, the job description and any instructions for how answers should sound. You can fill it in from your resume or a job posting, and keep one profile for each job you’re interviewing for.
Profiles are available on every device. Read more about interview profiles.
Practice and AI mock interviews
In an AI mock interview, an AI interviewer asks you a question, you answer out loud, and you get an evaluation with scores and feedback on what you said and how you said it. You can practice with questions from the Question Bank.
Mock interviews are in the Practice tab on iPhone and Android, and under AI Mock on the web, where they need Pro. Learn about AI mock interviews.
History
Your interviews are saved in History, with the transcript and Copilot’s answers, alongside your practice sessions. You can search them, sort them into folders and restore anything you deleted within 30 days.
History is available on every device. Find a past interview.
Jobs
Search for open roles and save the ones you like in the Jobs tab on iPhone and Android, or under Jobs on the web.
Where to start
- Pick your device: Which device should I use?
- Install the app: Mac, Windows, or iPhone and Android.
- Create an account and sign in. It’s required on Mac and Windows and optional on phones.
- Run through the checklist before your first interview.
