Deleting on one device deletes everywhere
When you’re signed in, Recently Deleted is part of your account:
- An interview you delete on one device moves to Recently Deleted on all your devices.
- Restoring it on any device puts it back in History everywhere.
- Deleting it for good, or letting the 30 days run out, removes it from your account and every device.
On an iPhone or Android phone you use without an account, Recently Deleted works the same way on that phone only.
What doesn’t go to Recently Deleted
- Interview profiles and their documents are deleted straight away and can’t be restored.
- Folders are deleted straight away, but the interviews in them aren’t deleted. They stay in History without a folder.
