Contact support

Email the Interview Pilot team from any app or the web, attach a diagnostic report, and check System Status first to see if a problem is already known.

Support is by email at Support@LiberaceAI.com. The quickest way to reach us is Contact Support in the app you’re using: it writes the email for you and can attach a diagnostic report that helps us find the problem.

Check System Status first

If Copilot stops transcribing or answering for everyone, System Status shows it. In the Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android apps, it shows service health for the Last 24 Hours and the Past 30 Days, marked Operational, Busy or Outage.

WhereHow to open it
Mac and WindowsIn the workspace, click System Status in the sidebar.
iPhone and AndroidOpen the Profile tab and tap System Status, or tap the status at the top right.
WebOpen System Status on the web platform.

If there’s an outage, you don’t need to report it. Try again once the status is back to Operational.

Contact support from the app

Contact Support in the Mac app. The Windows, iPhone and Android apps have the same options.
  1. Open Contact Support

Press ⌘B to show Interview Pilot, open the workspace and click Support in the sidebar. You can also go to Settings › About and click Contact next to Contact Support.

  2. Describe the problem

Under How can we help?, write what happened and what you expected. Leave Include Diagnostic Report on for technical problems.

  3. Click Compose Email

A new email to our team opens in your email app, with the report attached. Review it and send it. If no email app is set up, click Share Email to send it another way.

Each email from the apps includes a Support Reference code. Keep it in the email so we can match it to your report.

What to include

  • What you were doing and what happened, step by step.
  • Any message you saw, word for word.
  • When it happened, and whether it happens every time.
  • For interview problems, which meeting app you used.
  • The email address of your Interview Pilot account, if you’re writing from a different one.
  • Without a diagnostic report, your device, its system version and your Interview Pilot version. The app shows its Version under About in its settings.

What a diagnostic report contains

A report includes your signed-in account email and ID, recent technical events, app and device information, permissions and sanitized settings. It never includes audio, transcripts, prompts, credentials or payment information. It’s only sent when Include Diagnostic Report is on and you send the email yourself. The web doesn’t create diagnostic reports.

Never send these

  • Your password, or a sign-in or password reset link.
  • Full card numbers or other payment details.
  • Government ID numbers.

If a screenshot shows any of these, crop or cover them before you attach it.
