Uninstall Interview Pilot
Remove Interview Pilot from a Mac, Windows PC, iPhone or Android phone, and see what happens to your work, your recordings and your subscription.
Uninstalling removes Interview Pilot from one device. Work saved to your account stays there, and your subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it.
Before you uninstall
- Let your changes sync. When you’re signed in, your profiles, documents, folders, history and practice are saved to your account. Connect to the internet and open Interview Pilot once, so any changes made offline are sent first. On a phone, Cloud Sync under File Settings in the Profile tab shows Enabled when it’s up to date.
- Sign in on a phone if you use it signed out. Without an account, everything is only on that phone and is deleted with the app. Signing in adds it to your account. See Use the phone app without an account.
- Phone recordings can’t be kept. Audio recordings made on a phone stay only on that phone, so they’re deleted with the app.

iPhone and Android

The exact steps may vary with your phone and its software version.
Deleting the app removes everything Interview Pilot kept on the phone, including its recordings. If you were signed in, your account’s work stays in your account.
