Where you manage Pro depends on where you bought it. A subscription bought on the web or from the Mac or Windows app is managed on the web. One bought in the iPhone app is managed by Apple, and one bought in the Android app is managed by Google Play.

Check where you subscribed

Sign in at platform.interviewpilot.app and open Account settings, then the Subscription tab. Source shows Web billing, App Store or Google Play.

Account settings › Subscription on the web. Manage billing appears for subscriptions paid on the web.

Manage or cancel

Use these steps if Source shows Web billing. This includes subscriptions bought from the Mac and Windows apps.

  1. Open Account settings

Sign in at platform.interviewpilot.app, open Account settings and choose the Subscription tab.

  2. Click Manage billing

Your secure billing page opens in the browser.

  3. Cancel or change your subscription

Follow the steps on the billing page to cancel, or to change your plan or payment details.

To switch between monthly and yearly billing, click View plans and choose Manage plan on the plan you want.

What happens after you cancel

  • App Store and Google Play: the store shows the date your subscription ends, and it doesn’t renew after that.
  • Web billing: your billing page confirms the cancellation. Account settings › Subscription shows your current billing period.
  • When Pro ends, your account moves to the Free plan with its weekly limits. Your interview profiles, history and practice stay in your account.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases. For purchases made on the web, see Refunds in our Terms of Service.

If Manage billing isn’t there

  • Source shows App Store or Google Play: the page says your subscription is managed there. Use the iPhone or Android steps above.
  • No active platform subscription: you may be signed in with a different account from the one you subscribed with. Sign out and sign in with the other email address, Apple or Google account.
