Change or reset your password
Change your Interview Pilot password, or reset it with an email link if you forgot it, and see what happens on your other devices afterward.
Change your password in Account settings on the web or in My Account on your phone. If you forgot it, ask for a reset link from the sign-in screen. Either way, your devices are signed out afterward, so you sign in again with the new password.
Change your password
You need your current password. On Mac and Windows, change it on the web.
Open the Access tab
Sign in at platform.interviewpilot.app, open Account settings and choose the Access tab.
Click Change password
Enter your Current password, then your new password in New password and Confirm new password.
Click Update password
You see Password updated successfully. Please sign in again. Sign in with your new password.
Open My Account
Open the Profile tab, tap your profile picture or initials at the top left, then tap My Account.
Tap Change Password
Enter your Current Password, then your new password in New Password and Confirm New Password.
Tap Change Password again
When you see Password Changed, tap Done.

Reset a forgotten password
Ask for a reset link
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? in the iPhone or Android app, or click Forgot your password? on the web. On Mac and Windows, sign-in opens in your browser, so use the web link there.
Enter your email
Enter the email address of your account and send the link. For your security, the screen looks the same whether or not an account uses that address.
Open the email
Open the Reset Your Password email and click Reset Password. A page opens in your browser.
Create a new password
Enter it in New password and Confirm new password, then click Update password.
If no email arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the address you signed up with. After several requests in a short time, you may need to wait up to 15 minutes before asking again.
After you change or reset it
Every device signed in to your account is signed out, including Mac, Windows, phones and other browsers. This can take a few minutes on a device that’s already open. Sign in again on each one with your new password. Your work stays in your account.
Password rules
- 8 to 200 characters.
- No spaces.
Signed up with Apple or Google? Your account doesn’t have a password you know, so Change password won’t work. Use Forgot your password? with the email of your account to set one. You can then sign in either way.
Too many sign-in attempts
After 10 wrong passwords within 15 minutes, signing in with a password is paused for up to 15 minutes. Wait, then try again. If you’re not sure of your password, reset it in the meantime so you’re ready when the pause ends.
