Refunds
How to ask for a refund for an App Store, Google Play or web subscription, and what deleting the app or your account does to billing.
Refunds are handled by whoever took your payment. Apple handles App Store purchases, Google handles Google Play purchases, and Interview Pilot handles subscriptions paid on the web, including those bought from the Mac and Windows apps.
To check where you paid, sign in at platform.interviewpilot.app, open Account settings and choose the Subscription tab. Source shows App Store, Google Play or Web billing.
App Store purchases
Apple decides App Store refunds under its own policies. Interview Pilot can’t issue them.
To ask Apple for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you paid with, and choose the option to request a refund. Apple’s steps and options may vary.
Google Play purchases
Google decides Google Play refunds under its own policies. Interview Pilot can’t issue them.
To ask Google for a refund, open your Google Play order history and look for the option to request a refund on the Interview Pilot purchase. Google’s steps and options may vary.
Web purchases
For subscriptions paid on the web, our Terms of Service apply. In short:
- Payments for subscriptions bought directly from Interview Pilot are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If a technical problem seriously affects your ability to use a paid subscription, email Support@LiberaceAI.com. Interview Pilot will look into it and try to fix it.
- If it can’t be fixed within a reasonable time, you may ask for a refund.
- Nothing in the Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have by law.
When you email us, include the email address of your Interview Pilot account and a short description of the problem.
Deleting the app or your account
- Deleting your Interview Pilot account cancels a web subscription straight away, but doesn’t refund it automatically. App Store and Google Play subscriptions keep renewing until you cancel them in the store.
- Canceling stops future renewals. To get money back for a payment you’ve already made, ask for a refund as described above.
To stop being charged, cancel first. Then ask for a refund if you need one.
