Use one Pro subscription on Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and the web by signing in to the same Interview Pilot account everywhere.

One Pro subscription works on Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and the web. Sign in to the same Interview Pilot account on each device, and Pro follows you, wherever you bought it.

How it works

Your subscription belongs to your Interview Pilot account:

  • Bought on the web, or from the Mac or Windows app: Pro is on your account straight away. Sign in to the iPhone or Android app with the same account to use it there.
  • Bought in the iPhone or Android app: Pro works on that phone at once, even without an account. It reaches your account the next time the phone app checks your purchase while you’re signed in.

The Mac and Windows apps and the web always need you to be signed in, so they use whatever plan your account has.

Use a phone purchase on your computer

  1. Sign in on your phone

Open the iPhone or Android app and sign in with the account you use on your computer. The app links your purchase to that account when you sign in, and again each time you open it while signed in.

  2. Check your account on the web

Sign in at platform.interviewpilot.app, open Account settings and choose the Subscription tab. Source shows App Store or Google Play.

  3. Open the Mac or Windows app

On the Account page in the workspace, Interview Sessions and Copilot Use show Unlimited.

If you bought Pro on a phone you no longer have, install the app on your new phone, sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account, and restore your purchase.

An App Store or Google Play subscription can belong to only one Interview Pilot account at a time. If it’s already linked to another account that still exists, signing in to a different account on your phone doesn’t move it. The phone still has Pro, but the new account doesn’t get it on your computer or the web.

If this happens, sign in on every device with the account the purchase is already linked to. If you can’t tell which account that is, contact support with the email addresses you’ve used.

Avoid paying twice

  • On the web, you can’t start a new subscription while your account already has one. If you have Pro from the App Store or Google Play, the plans page shows Active subscription. If you subscribed on the web, it shows Manage billing.
  • In the iPhone app, the Subscriptions screen only shows App Store subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web or from your computer, it shows Free even though Pro is working. Check Settings › Usage instead, and don’t subscribe again in the app.

To change or cancel, go to where you subscribed. See Manage or cancel your subscription.
